How can I contact StoryTots?

What are the StoryTots stories about?
Each StoryTots personalized children's book is a unique story written to focus on a special "hero" child. The main character of each story will be the child that you designate. Please see the Stories page and the book previews to get a sense of the plot of each story. Each story has been thoroughly tested by our own focus group, our kids and their friends!
How do you create a character that looks like my child?
We have a designed a special StoryTots Character Creator, where you enter your child's name, dedication and select from several hairstyles, hair colors, skin tones and can add glasses and/or freckles. You will be able to preview your character as you are making your selections, and make adjustments as needed. It's fast and fun, try it!
Do you offer any sort of guarantee?
You bet, a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Though we are confident that your StoryTots story will become a family favorite, if you or the gift recipient are not fully satisfied with your StoryTots book, please email us so that we may remedy any problem.
What if the information I entered turns out to be incorrect?
Please double-check the spellings of the name(s) and dedication text for your order. Once we receive your order, we create your storybook with the information you have provided. If the information we receive is incorrect, we will have to start a completely new order, and you may incur additonal fees. If you feel you have made an error, email us as soon as possible and we may be able to intercept the production process to make the correction before any fees must be charged.
Will our personalized children's book work for all types of families?
Sure. Our stories are written with a focus on the main character, references to other family members and or parents are purposefully vague (unless they are a character in the story!) to ensure our stories will work for your special little one.
Do you offer any stories for 2 children, siblings or twins?
Yes! Catch Those Monkeys and The Dragon of Snoobledoob are both availalbe for 2 characters.
Can a family order the same story for more than one child in their family?
Sure! Each custom storybook has the same background illustrations and general text, but each book is customized with the child's name AND the look of the child's illustration that you have designated. But remember! StoryTots offers several different stories, you could certainly select a different story for each child.
What if I need a gift sooner than the promised delivery date?
You may choose to pay extra to have the gift expedited (see Shipping Info), but because the production process can only be hurried so much, we recommend ordering a gift certificate or have a gift announcement sent if you are concerned about time.
Do you accept Credit Cards?
YES! We use Paypal to process all of our online orders, but you CAN use your standard credit card WITHOUT creating a paypal account, if you would like. During checkout, look for the Credit Card logos on the lower left, there you can elect to use a credit card by clicking "continue".
Of course, you can also use a Paypal account if you have one.
Is it safe for me to use my credit card on your site?
Absolutely! We utilize the latest SSL encryption technology via Paypal, an industry leader, to secure your order and personal information. After placing your order, credit card information is transmitted securely and never stored on our servers. In fact, it never even goes to our servers, only Paypal's.
Do I need to have a Paypal account to order from you?
Nope! Paypal allows customers to use any standard credit card to make purchases. No special Paypal account is needed.
When will the charge appear on my credit card?
We charge your credit card when your order is placed. Due to processing and printing time, you may see a charge to your credit card before receiving your book.
Will my information ever be shared?
In a word, no. If you have given us your e-mail address, we may send you timely promotional offers and/or our monthly newsletter (the option to opt-out will appear at the bottom of each email newsletter). However, we will not sell, give or trade your e-mail address. Period.
Do you offer Gift Certificates?
Gift certificates for StoryTots.com may be purchased for $29.94(softcover) or $49.94(hardcover), which covers the cost of the book and standard shipping. The recipient will then be directed to come to StoryTots.com, select a story and enter all their personalized information. At checkout, they will enter their unique gift redemption code as payment.
You can choose to have the gift certificate email to you (or the recipient), or mailed via usps to the location you specify.
If you'd prefer, you have the option of e-mailing or printing a gift announcement from our website that will let the recipient know that a book has already been purchased for them and is on the way (see below).
Gift Announcements
A gift announcement may be printed or e-mailed from our website's thank you page after your order has been processed. The gift announcement lets the gift recipient know that a copy of a StoryTots book has been ordered for them and will be arriving soon. The gift announcement is perfect for someone who doesn't have time to wait for the custom book to arrive, but would like to give a gift that day. How long does it take to receive the personalized children's book once it has been ordered?
Due to the highly customized nature of each book, please allow 7-14 business days for delivery via USPS Priority Mail (domestic deliveries). Please allow extra time during the holidays. Please check your order carefully before submitting, errors will unfortunately delay your order.
Expedited Shipping/FedEx 2nd Day Air (domestic deliveries): Allow 7-10 business days for delivery (includes processing and shipping time - Please allow extra time during the holidays). Please check your order carefully before submitting, errors will delay your order.
Canadian Deliveries: Your item(s) will usually be processed and shipped within 7 business days and shipped via First Class International Mail.
International Deliveries: Your item(s) will usually be processed and shipped within 7 business days and shipped via First Class International Mail.
How much does shipping cost?

4+ soft cover: $7.99 - For Expedited Shipping/FedEx 2nd Day Air (domestic deliveries shipping to one address): $18.00
